Modal verb is a type of auxiliary verb is use to indicate modality.

the 10 modal verbs are:
1) may

3) can

7) shall
8) should
9) ought to
10) must

Here are some senteces writing in passive voice using the modal verbs:

Cakes can be made on a oven.
My homework should be done for tomorrow.
A lot of cows can be raised on a productive farm.

Active voice: Passive Voice:

They have to give them their opportunity. They have to be given their opportunitiy.
She should do the dishes. The dishes should be done by her.
They must do something about the problem. Something must be done about the problem.
