examples:
If I have money I will rent a car.
If I have an umbrella I will go.
If I work a lot I will make money.
If I have money I wont tell any body.

If + simple present + future will.
Ex: If I learn, I`ll pass the examen.
If we don`t hurry up, we will be late.

If + simple past + simple conditional.
examples:
If I were rich, I would buy a castle.
